Esse ano, acontece a 78ª edição da premiação do Globo de Ouro, que será realizado no dia 28 de Fevereiro, e contará com a volta da apresentação de Tina Fey e Amy Poehler.
A lista de nomeações deste ano chamou a atenção do público, com lados positivos e negativos, entre eles, a nomeação histórica de três mulheres na categoria de Melhor Direção, como a reação positiva, e o filme Minari ter sido nomeado na categoria de língua estrangeira, apesar de ser uma produção americana, como a reação negativa.
